The Alli assessment round is a guided process of self-evaluating service quality. The assessment process is made up of five stages guiding the work. The self-evaluation progresses one stage at a time, examining the operations of the service unit from different perspectives.
As a final result of the assessment round, a summarising report is created on the service unit’s key strengths and areas of development.
The assessment round takes 14 months to perform.
