ALLI training programmes

The ALLI training programmes of FAIDD support assessment and development of housing and work and day activities for people with disabilities. The training programmes offer professional communities a complete work model and tools for the assessment and development of services.
The client-based and practical training programmes make it possible to work in a framework where the users of services can also contribute significantly. The network-based working model provides opportunities for interactive learning.
The training programmes offer
- training days for personnel of service unit
- guidance and information for persons in charge of quality at service unit
- a workbook, concrete tasks and working tools of the training programme
- AlliNet services supporting the work
Since 2002, more than 60 organisations have already assessed and developed their services in Alli training programmes.
