The FAIDD headquarters are located in the Malmi district in Helsinki. The different FAIDD units are all located in three separate building sections at the same address.

The FAIDD office is easy to reach, for example, by train. The local trains K, I and N run from the Helsinki central railway station to Malmi (via Pasila). Bus 70T will get you to Malmi from downtown Helsinki; bus 73 departs from the Hakaniemi district. See maps below, Google Maps (maps.google.com) or any of the tourist maps of Helsinki.
